A writer and performer, Mel Green has appeared at the Utah Arts Festival with Sandra Tsing Loh, Spoken Interludes, Rant & Rave, Spark Off Rose and The Moth. He was a featured guest at the 2011 Woodstock Fringe Festival.
Santa Muerte, his short story about events along the Texas/Mexico border, appeared in the literary journal DESCANT 152. Other books include
Smart Women/Stupid Books and Dudes-The Cult of Cool. He is also a contributor to Playboy Magazine.
Recently, Mel completed work on Pandas, an animated comedy half-hour that originated in Denmark. After numerous TV and film appearances, he’s most proud to have played a Ferengi.
